About

Bettina is a Strategic Foresight Designer with a Master's Degree in Design Futures from the Royal College of Art. Her recent work with Oxfam Novib explored what a post-capitalist world could look like in 2040 through the New Economy project. Drawing on a background in performance, design, and research, she weaves human-centred research, creative strategy, and foresight to imagine and navigate uncertain and alternative futures.

Core Values

Radical Curiosity

A deep commitment to questioning assumptions, exploring the unknown, and staying open to emerging signals, marginal voices, and alternative worldviews.

Care & Empathy

Grounding futures work in human and more-than-human perspectives; designing with care, not extraction, and centering lived experience.

Systems Awareness

Seeing beyond isolated problems to understand social, economic, ecological, and cultural systems, and how they interact over time.
